I may not be the best editor around but I get the job done somehow. I know my mistake and I am willing to change it for you. I may not know all the shortcuts and not editing fast enough as all my senior but I still finish ON TIME.
You don’t have to belittle me by treating me as your private avid button pusher. Do you know how disrespectful that is. Being ask to edit every single step, with NO creative input at all. AND you actually agreeing to it is just ridiculous. I am not your button pusher!!! I edit. If you don’t like what I edit just tell me. Not respecting me, my work and treating me like a piece of shit, who the fuck you think are!!! Fucking piece of shit. So what you have that fucking 20 years of experience. You don’t have experience in your EQ anyway. Do you have any idea what its like for an editor to just edit and not enjoy the editing process. The job is already very boring but you had to take the only fun out of it. What’s the point really.
OK so its YOUR format. What happen to all the directors, PAs, writers and the host. You seem somewhat ok to let them do whatever they want. Told them to shoot extra but in the end never ever use it. Since it is your format, why were you never on set to direct your own format. Why don’t you go and teach yourself editing and edit it yourself then, mr 20years experience producer.
